3月6日，福建省市場監管局發布兩則缺陷商品召回信息。福建三福服飾有限公司、福建新代實業有限公司按照《消費品召回管理暫行規定》的要求，自3月1日至5月31日期間，各自召回三福牌趣味—少女戒指、新代牌主題橡皮擦—甜品屋，涉及數量分別為40個、2000盒。
此次召回範圍內的戒指，為2023年11月1日至2023年11月13日期間製造，型號規格為82823225，批號為20231113，由於不符合GB 6675.2—2014標準要求，缺少小零件警示標識，可能會出現小零件被兒童誤吞的情況，存在一定的安全隱患。福建三福服飾有限公司將通過為消費者提供免費加貼警示標識服務，以消除安全隱患。該公司提醒消費者，避免損害發生的應急處置方式就是停止使用該產品，並置於兒童接觸不到的地方。
此次召回範圍內的橡皮擦，為2022年1月1日至2022年3月31日生產，型號規格為AP133779—02，批號為202201—202203，由於其中粉色橡皮擦鄰苯二甲酸酯含量超標，不符合GB 21027—2020標準要求，兒童長期接觸可能會對身體造成傷害，存在安全隱患。福建新代實業有限公司將通過為消費者提供免費退換貨服務，以消除安全隱患。該公司提醒消費者，避免損害發生的應急處置方式就是停止使用問題產品。
福建省市場監管局提醒消費者，可通過福建三福服飾有限公司門店及公眾號、福建新代實業有限公司經銷商門店公告查看持有的產品是否在受影響範圍內，或通過企業客戶服務熱線進一步了解具體情況。此外，消費者可登錄市場監管總局缺陷產品召回技術中心網站、中國產品安全與召回信息網，關注微信公眾號（SAMRDPRC），了解更多信息，反映缺陷線索。
